For its location, protected by the Pyrenean mountains, the valley enjoys a pleasant Mediterranean microclimate. The municipalities of Àger and Agulló are limited, as if it were a natural fortification, for to large geographical singularities. To the north, by the Montsec mountain range, to the south by the mountain range of Montclús and, to the east and west, by the Noguera Pallaresa and Noguera Ribagorçana rivers, respectively.

In this scenario you can enjoy the surroundings, excursions, tranquility and nature. The area is full of postcard images and majestic landscapes, such as the Mont-rebei gorge, the Canelles reservoir and a series of paths that will take you to discover the most intimate corners of the Vall d’Àger
